How to reach IIT Delhi Campus?

  • You can either hire a taxi/auto or bus from railway station or airport at Delhi. Its a 45 minutes drive from both airport and railway station
  • On reaching the campus, alight at the Reception Desk. Here you will be given further directions.

NOTE: Depending on the size of your contingent, we can arrange for a bus to get you to campus. Register online, providing your contingent size and travel details to avail this facility. The same would be confirmed to you after registration.

Accommodation and Food

  • Accommodation inside the campus will be provided to all the registered outstation participants on payment basis of Rs. 125 per day.The fee should be paid in cash at the Registration Desk while availing accommodation.
  • Participants are required to share the rooms with other out-station participants. Any requests for single rooms will not be entertained.
  • Accommodation will be provided from 1800 hrs on 19th of February, 2010 onwards. You will be required to vacate the room on or before 1000 hrs on 22nd February,2010
  • Basic Amenities such as mattresses and pillows are provided. Participants are advised to bring their own locks, bed sheets etc. The various options for food during your stay are the following:
    • Extra eateries put up at the Food Court during the festival.
    • Mess (Coupons shall be issued inside the mess upon payment).
    • Three cafeterias inside the campus.

    Instructions.

    • Consumption of alcohol, tobacco or any intoxicant is strictly prohibited within campus premises.
    • Any flammable liquids, knives and explosives of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the campus. Any other item if deemed unsafe will be prohibited.
    • All students are required to carry their ID cards at all times.
    • All food stalls will only use coupons for selling items. Direct monetary transactions are not allowed.
    • The organizers of E-Summit 2010 are not responsible for any loss of property or mishaps that occur during the period.
    • All the essential facilities are present inside the campus. These include a medical center, a shopping complex and an SBI ATM.
    • Decisions of the Organizing committee will be final and binding on all parties.
